Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Exotica Grove are immediately processed for reservation and packing of live plants. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted once payment is completed. 
Customers are kindly requested to double-check address details, contact numbers, and product selection before placing the order.

Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in delivering healthy, disease-free plants. Since live plants are perishable, full refunds are generally not applicable once an order is shipped. A replacement or refund evaluation will be considered only under the following valid conditions:

The plant is received damaged beyond recovery

The wrong product was delivered

To register a claim, please provide:

Photo/video proof, sent within 24 hours of delivery to our official email, WhatsApp number, or website contact number

Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be processed due to the perishable nature of plants.

After reviewing the evidence, Exotica Grove may offer:

A replacement plant, or Store credit / partial refund (only if replacement is not possible)

All resolutions are offered at the sole discretion of Exotica Grove based on the product condition and proof provided.

Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

Once plants are received in healthy condition, their care and maintenance become the customer’s responsibility.
Exotica Grove cannot be held liable for:

Damage due to neglect, overwatering/under-watering, or wrong potting practices

Environmental / climatic conditions

Courier mishandling beyond our control, after the shipment leaves our facility

Communication

All official communication regarding orders and concerns must be made only through:
 Our registered email
 Our official WhatsApp or website contact number

We do not process claims or complaints sent via personal messaging or social media.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.
Processing time may take 10–15 working days, depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.

Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions on this website are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala.
